The Sermon on the Mount

In this Sunday's Gospel, Jesus teaches us how important it is to follow God's laws; our Catholic schools and parishes try very hard to do the same too.  Jesus stood out a a teacher. Seeing the power and authority of God at work in Jesus' words and actions gave the people confidence in his teachings.  When we have Jesus as our teacher, we are being taught by God. We also thank God for all our teachers and support staff at St. Joseph's, who support our parents, as the primary educators, in supporting every child to be the person God wants them to be and achieve their potential.  Wishing all our children and families an enjoyable half term break.  We look forward to seeing the children return to school on Monday 24th February.

School Uniform and Dress Code Reminder

As in line with school policy, can you please ensure that girls only wear stud earings to school and use simple hair bands or bobbles.  If they are unable to remove their earings independently then please ensure they do not wear these to school on days when PE lessons are taught. No extreme hairstyles and/or tram lines are allowed either.  Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.
